0032065: src-core XmlEngine code is very old an in need of cleanupp

DescriptionThis issue if to track some misc code-cleanup all in area of the org.openbravo.xmlEngine package (part of src-core).

The code is very very old but still used for lots of 'classic code' + also instantiated in every single Servlet (via servlet -> HttpSecureAppServlet -> HttpBaseServlet).
