0032059: It would be fine if when creating BOM Production the produced quantity is updated with the minimum producible from the stock

Description

It would be fine if when creating BOM Production the produced quantity is updated with the minimum producible from the stock. Currently, if the 'Product quantity must be on stock' option is not selected and negative stock is not allowed at Client level, the P+ quantity will be the one defined in the production plan and the P- quantity the available stock (that could be 0)

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Create a new Product and set it as Bill Of Materials
   Add a product in the Bill Of Materials tab (BOM Quantity = 1)
   Create a Bill of Materials Production and add a production plan for the previously created product. Set the Production quantity with a bigger quantity than the available stock of the part product
   Launch the Create/Process Production process twice
   Check the quantity of the produced product is higher than the quantity of the consumed product
   It would be fine if the produced product was updated with the amount of the consumed product in this case (as the relation is 1-1)
