Summary

0031608: when quotation is reactivated, quotation id wrongly incremented to n+1

Descriptionwhen quotation is reactivated using Reactivate Quotation option, quotation id wrongly incremented to n+1
Steps To Reproduce1) create a quotation by adding few products, and then click total amount to complete the quotation (note down the quotation id) verify status moves from "Quotation - Draft" to "Quotation under Evaluation"

2) Then form menu option, select "Reactivate Quotation" option, and verify the quotation status moves from "Quotation under Evaluation" to "Quotation - Draft"

3) Now verify the Quotation id

Expected result : Quotation id should remain same as the one in the step 1

Actual result: Quotation id wrongly increment to N+1.
