0031602: FIFO Algorithm does not work

DescriptionFIFO Algorithm does not work when an Inventory Amount Update transaction exist for a Product
Steps To Reproduce1. Login to ERP
2. Create one product
3. Create an Inventory Amount Update
4. Run the Costing Background Process
5. Below error is thrown:

Not Outgoing Transaction processed as if it where in FIFO Algorithm. Org: <ORGANIZATION>, Product: <PRODUCT_NAME>, Date: <DATE>
Proposed SolutionStop the user when the user tries to process the inventory amount update
