0031020: It would be nice to have "select all" option in lock area of Requisition to Order form

DescriptionAt the moment, "select all" option exists on the top part of the form but not on the bottom part
Steps To Reproduce1. Register Requisition with several lines and process it
2. Access Requisition to Order form, realize that you are able to select all lines in top part of the form but "select all" is not available in lock bottom part of the form
