0030702: POS Receipt Date/Time Issue

Descriptionwhen a paid receipt is loaded in webpos, the creation date is not displayed in local timezone when the timezone of server and customer are distinct
Steps To ReproduceThe following are the steps to reproduce the issue.
when a paid receipt is loaded in webpos, the creation date is not displayed in local timezone
1) create a new receipt notice that the time displayed is X
2) pay the receipt.
3) load previous receipt, you can notice that the time displayed is Y
when the timezone of server and customer are distinct
