0030246: New changes required related to ISP tax rates.

DescriptionNew changes required related to ISP tax rates.

1) Wrong tax category related to the Tax rate "Entregas IVA+RE 21+5.2% ISP". Correct tax category should have been: IVA Normal.

2) New tax rates need to be created:

Entregas no sujetas por ISP con RE

Entregas a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla (%N=>0%) ISP
Steps To ReproduceN/A
Proposed Solution(1) To change the tax category of the tax rate: "Entregas IVA + RE 21%+5.2% ISP" and its children tax rates to: "IVA Normal".

(2) Creation of the new tax rates below:

Entregas no sujetas por ISP con RE --> F4B364332EE84B578E27343CB8FDA70F

this one needs to be create with the same setup as: "Entregas no sujetas por ISP" but Business Partner Tax Category that needs to be = Revendedores con Recargo.

Entregas a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla (%N=>0%) ISP --> 9C623AB24C8049378F341E1A6A00D63B

this one needs to be created with the same setup as: Entregas a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla (%N=>0%) but Tax category that needs to be = "IVA Normal ISP" and the valid from date = 01-04-2015
