0029537: quotations are not synced: creationdate is null

Description

sometimes, the quotations are not synced. They are saved in error while importing data with this error:
'org.codehaus.jettison.json.JSONException: JSONObject["timezoneOffset"] is not a number.'

and json has got:
-"creationDate": null,
-"timezoneOffset": null,
-"created": null,
-"obposCreatedabsolute": "0NaN-NaN-NaN NaN:NaN:NaN.NaN",

Steps To Reproduce

It is only reproducible sometimes...

create a quotation and sync it
