Steps To ReproduceAfter January 1st, tax IRNR 21%-24%R is needed
Proposed SolutionTo create a new tax rate named "Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R", with the same setup as "Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24.75%R"
but:

withholding rate that should be = -24 (instead of -24.75)
and Valid rate from = 01-01-2015

 As there are more than one unique UUID created by end-customer, take one of them.

Rest of UUID's should be changed manually (table ad_ref_data_loaded).

Go to Tax Rate window and check if these new taxes are correctly configured
  Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R
  Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R (-24%)
  Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R (-21%)
  Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R (21%)
Check if the IDs are the same as shown in the attached file impuestos.csv

Fixed issue 29317: After January 1st, tax IRNR 21% -24%R is needed

A new tax rate has been created called Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% -24%R
in the tax rate window. The id's of the new taxes have been changed too.

Now, when installed the dataset, the new tax rate appears in the tax rate
window correctly.
