0028988: The module management window should show clear errors

DescriptionRight now the errors shown by that window when it is not possible to install a module are not clear.

When updates are not found there is not explanation about what modules are causing that.
Steps To Reproduce-Try to scan for updates for a major version of a module when there is other module depending on the current release with major dependency.

 Example:
- Install latest PSLP in CS - 3.20.0, on top of PR14Q3.8, latest is CS
- Create a new module depending on that pack. Starting version 3.20.0, end version empty, enforcement major. Instead of create this module, can be installed using "Add module" from obx functionality - This depencies brokes the system
- ant check.module.consistency - OK
- Change settings to accept updates and new modules in QA Approved status
- Scan for updates - The system says that no update is available.
