0028959: Extend the grid configuration functionality for the requests to get the possible options for drop-downs on the filters

Description

When writing on a filter of the grid, if the column you are filtering for is a foreign key defined as table/tabledir or selector, when writing for possible options different request are done to get the possible values.

Steps To Reproduce

-Open the goods shipment window
-ON grid mode go to the filter for partner column
-Write "abc" waiting less around 1second between each key press.
*see that three requests are done.

*When writing also a long word fast, also more than one request is done to the back-end to get the possible options for the partner.

Proposed Solution

There are 2 possible solutions:

1. Add a new setting to grid configuration to define the time threshold to launch requests to populate FK filter drop down data
2. Add a new setting to grid configuration to do the request only after user decides to (she would be typing without results in the combo till she performs this action, the the combo would be populated). This option would require UX design.
