Summary

0028649: Verified return should only allow returning for the ticket-BP

DescriptionSee related ticket, the change there still allows to change the filter in the search popup.

Also the functionality should take into account that the BP can not be changed if the ticket contains verified returns lines.

Steps To ReproduceOpen webpos
select a specific BP
open verified returns menu option
change bp/change filter
TagsNo tags attached.
