0028465: Add ability to use MenuButton reference on the right part of the toolbar

Description

It would be nice if it would be possible to define a MenuButton reference through the application dictionary on the right part of the toolbar. Like the "To do" green button that appears here[1].

This way it would be possible to launch several actions from the same button.
