Summary | 0002833: QA-KBS It is not possible to select a Role using the mouse
Description | OS: Windows XP Browser: Internet Explorer 7 DB: Oracle OB version: 2.40 Project Name: Keyboard Shortcut Summary: If I open Role window (by clicking the username on top-left corner of main screen) I cannot change the option using the mouse. It is not possible using up and down keys (I should, because it is a standard behavior). I can only do it by using Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down. This issue only applies to Internet Explorer. Proposed solution: The functionality of Keyboard Shortcuts should not interfere with mouse usage nor standard behavior of previous releases of OpenbravoERP. Steps: 1. On a IE, login as Openbravo 2. Since is a System Administrador, click on the username to change the Role. 3. On the Role selector, try to change the value using the mouse. It is not possible. Use Up and Down keys. It is no response. Use Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down, this works.

Logged In: YES user_id=1500703 Originator: NO The solution is not good enough because this behaviour affects the whole application. The behaviour must be as in Firefox or as it was before implementing the keyshort cuts. |
