0028243: Cashup does not print counted values for foreign currencies in starting cash

DescriptionSee related issue, the image/screenshot there shows that for the starting cash no original currency amount is printed
Steps To ReproduceWork with multi-currency
Do a cashup and keep money in other currencies
Do a new cashup and see that starting cash of other currencies does not show the original currency

Fixes issue 28243: Cashup does not print counted values for foreign currencies in starting cash
Added templating code to print currency amount in correct location
