0028128: It is possible to create two instances with different values for the same Quotation

I've got the same Quotation in both "Draft" and "Under Evaluation" and also containing different lines

Steps To Reproduce

1. On the main webPOS screen select the top left menu and go to Create Quotation option.
2. The receipt is labelled as "Quotation - Draft"
3. Add one product i.e. Ski Poles
4. Click the total amount in the top bar to close the receipt.
5. The receipt is labelled as "Quotation - Under Evaluation"
6. Click the "1" number that appears in the top right part of the receipt panel to open active receipts
7. Select the blank receipt (the one that is not a quotation)
8. Add any product to this receipt
9. Open the top left menu and go to Quotations menu option
10. A pop up menu will show the recently created quotation (the one that is behind the receipt we've just modified)
11. Select it, and it will appear on screen.
12. Go to Reactivate this quotation. The receipt will now be labelled as "Quotation - Draft"
13. Add a new product
14. Click the "2" number in the upper right corner to get the list of opened receipts. Now there are two quotations with the same number but different values.
