DescriptionLanded Cost tab in Goods receipt window should be readonly when the goods receipt is completed
Steps To ReproduceGo to Goods Receipt Window and create a new goods receipt:
 -Organization: F&B España, S.A
 -Business Partner: Bebidas Alegres, S.L.
Navigate to lines and create a new line with this data:
 -Product: Agua sin Gas 1L
 -Movement Quantity: 10
 -Storage Bin: RN-2-0-0
Navigate to Landed Cost Tab and create a new line with this data:
 -Landed Cost Type: Fees
 -Amount:5
 -Currency: EUR
 -Landed Cost Distribution Algorithm: Distribution by Amount
Process the goods receipt
Notice that Landed Cost Tab is editable.

Fixes Issue 27970:Add Read Only Logic on Landed Cost tab fields in Goods Receipt

Also hide Active field of Landed Cost tab in Goods Receipt window.

 Verified it is working as Landed Cost Tab is not editable after processing goods receipt.
