0002731: QA-REQ Strange behaviour at Requisition to order window

DescriptionProject: Improve requisition functionality
Window: Requisition to order

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Procurement management->Transactions->Requisition to order
2. Select one line and click the button add
3. Now the line is below
4. Select the line and click the button Create
5. When the pop-up is opened close it by clicking the button cancel
6. The line keeps selected, click the button remove to move it up

Note that instead of moving the line up, it opens you a new window in the browser

The window on where you are working gets blocked and nothing can be done
