0027210: Records in m_stock_proposed table should be removed once they are used

DescriptionRecords in m_stock_proposed table should be removed once they are used
Steps To ReproduceUsing the ERP, m_get_stock function generates records on m_stock_proposed table but, once they are used, the system is not removing them. This table has a referecence with ad_pinstance table, which is a log table, and if you want to remove the records in ad_pinstance (using clean up functionality, for example) you can not, because of that reference in m_stock_proposed
