0026651: wrong options in button "process" imported bank statement tab

DescriptionIn financial account, imported bank statement tab, when button process is clicked, allways two options are displayed:
. process
. reactivate

only option should be displayed: process if the record is unprocess, and reactivate when the record is processed
Steps To Reproduce. go to financial account -> imported bank statement:
. create new record
. click in process button
