0026609: Trial balance printing by number of account record and other improvements.

DescriptionIt is a standard practise that every accounting transaction is associated a unique and sequential protocol number. The Journal report must be ordered by date (it's already this way) but within a given date it must be ordered by protocol number. This protocol number should be visible both in the Journal report and in the inquiry of accounting data in any accounting functionality.
