DescriptionThe close button on some popups causes missunderstanding
Example: the popup that appears when the connection to the server has been restored

Shut down or lose the server connection
An intermitent warning and a popup shows up
Proposed SolutionAdd a new option to the 'OB.UI.Modal' in ob-commonbuttons.js to allow the developer to not show the close (X) button when using 'OB.UTIL.showConfirmation'
