0025874: Cost center selector listing tree nodes

Description

Cost center selector should list only child nodes.

Steps To Reproduce

After user login,
Go to Application -> Financial Management ->

1) Accounting -> Set up -> Cost Center
   i) Create a new cost center and select summary level and save.
  ii) Create another cost center with same name(Don't select summary level).
iii) Arrange tree structure using tree icon.

2) Receivables and payables -> Transactions -> Payment out
   i) Create new transaction
  ii) Click on Add details and select Transaction Type : G/L Item
iii) Select cost center list box, it shows both child and parent names.

Proposed Solution

Login as system administrator
Application -> Application Dictionary -> Reference
1) Apply filter in name column with name "Cost Center Selector".
2) Go to Define selector tab and apply below condition in HQL Where clause,

e.summaryLevel = false.
