DescriptionAdd the possibility to change the text of labels on manual forms.
Add a mechanism to allow modifying labels on manual forms (or reports)

Steps To Reproduce-Try to modify the value of a label on a manual form.
Proposed SolutionAdd a mechanism similar than translations of ad_textinterfaces to allow modifying static texts on manual forms or reports.
