0025406: Warehouse can't be selected in sales orders

This issue has been experienced in a fresh new MP30 Openbravo appliance running on VirtualBox on a physical Ubuntu desktop 13.10 machine.
The appliance has been activated with a Golden Key for evaluation purposes.

I realized that the problem was originated by a missing insert of a record in the ad_org_warehouse table.
I inserted manually the new record directly on the database, and it seems that everything works fine.
So the question is why the record has not been inserted in the ad_org_warehouse table?

So I understand that each time a new warehouse is created in Openbravo, before using this warehouse in any sales transaction we have to insert a record in the Warehouse tab of the Organization window. Is it correct?

Yes. For sales transactions we need to define priority in the organization window warehouse tab so that for SO with document type Warehouse Order, POS Order or Create shipment from orders process, system sets proper storage locators of warehouses in the shipments as per user defined priorities.

There is different issue with callout, for more info check related issue.
