Summary

0025204: In the Qty field, system wrongly allows the user the enter -ve qty.

DescriptionIn the Qty field, system wrongly allows the user the enter -ve qty.
Steps To Reproduce1) create a receipt and complete the receipt
2) using Return receipt option, select the above created receipt id
3) Then in the receipt details popup, in the qty field try to enter -ve Quantity.
4) Then click Apply button

Defect: System wrongly allows the user to enter -ve quantity without any warning.

Fixed issue 25192. Fixed issue 25204. It will no longer be possible to return a line with qty 0 or less than 0.
