0024986: It would be nice to be able to register Financial Purchase Order

DescriptionIn the same way that is possible to register financial invoices, it would be nice to be able to reference GLItem (instead of products) when registering purchase orders
Steps To Reproduce1. Access Purchase Order Line window and verify that it is not possible to reference GL Item but only reference Product
