0024803: "Process failed during execution" error when posting a goods receipt and there is no exchange rate defined

Description"Process failed during execution" error when posting a goods receipt and there is no exchange rate defined
Steps To Reproduce1. Access "Conversion rate" window and delete conversion rate defined from EUR to USD from 01/10/2013 to 31/12/2013
2. Register new Goods Receipt for Bebidas Alegres. Add line for "Cerveza Ale" with any qty and process.
3. Run Costing Background process, so transaction cost is calculated for new receipt.
4. Try to post receipt and you will obtain error: Process failed during execution

Error obtained should be "ERROR: @NoConversionRate@ (EUR-€) @to@ (USD-$) @ForDate@ '25-10-2013', @Client@ 'F&B International Group' @And@ @ACCS_AD_ORG_ID_D@ 'F&B España - Región Norte'.", which is error showed in log
