0024083: Re-factor Match Statement pop-up to not perform any action when opening pop-up

DescriptionRe-factor Match Statement pop-up to not perform any action when opening pop-up
Steps To ReproduceCurrently, when pressing "Match Statement" button several actions are performed (depending on Matching Algorithm defined) to execute automatic matchings. When closing the pop-up all those actions are not undone, which is not transparent for end-user. Automatic actions should not be performed when pressing "Match Statement" button but new "Match" button should be added to explicitly execute matching process
