0023928: Copy from Order in Purchase Order

DescriptionCopy order button does not handle well organizations when you are copying an order from a different organization.

Steps To Reproduce1) Create a purchase order with 2 lines with organization Vall Blanca and book it.
2) Then create a new purchase order header with organization Central Mountains
3) press "copy from order"
4) select previous purchase order (Vall Blanca one)
5) Notice that the 2 lines are added
6) Try to book it, you will see there is an error, because lines were created with Vall Blanca org (instead of Central Mountains)

 Test Plan:
1) Create a purchase order with 2 lines with organization US East Coast and book it.
2) Then create a new purchase order header with organization US West Coast
3) press "copy from order"
4) select previous purchase order (US East Coast one)
5) Notice that the 2 lines are added
6) Book it, and notice that the order is booked successfully
