0023246: When you try to search a gift card or a gift voucher the search should be case insensitive

DescriptionWhen you try to search a gift card or a gift voucher the search should be case insensitive
Steps To Reproduce-Go through the Web POS menu to "Gift Card/Voucher" menu entry.

-verify that if you have one ticket whose id is "Jose" if you write "jose" you are not going to take any result.

It happens the same with "ñ" and "'" (tilde)
