0022895: It would be fine to create a new costing rule taking into account stock in the past

DescriptionIt would be fine to create a new costing rule taking into account stock in the past.
The following scenario is not implemented in Openbravo:
If a client created a costing rule one year before, and stopped the costing calculation 6 months ago, and he tries to create a new costing rule today with a Starting date: 6 months ago.

The problem is that Openbravo does not allow to create physical inventories in the past
Steps To ReproduceIt would be fine to create a new costing rule taking into account stock in the past.
The following scenario is not implemented in Openbravo:
