0022715: No error message shown when creating an order from a sales quotation without payment method defined

DescriptionNo error message shown when creating an order from a sales quotation without payment method defined
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Configure the 'Document Type for Order' of the Sales Quotation document type
   Create a Sales Quotation without value in the payment method field
   Book it
   Try to create an order from it (Create Order button)
   Notice that the Sales Order is not created but the application does not show any message
   
Proposed SolutionLook into ConvertQuotationIntoOrder.generatePaymentPlan
