Summary | 0002203: AT235: Inconsistent drill down from trial balance
Description | Problem Description =================== The parameter definition is inconsistent in the Trial Balance Report (mistakenly labeled Balance Sheet in the menu) and the General Ledger Report. In the case of the Trial Balance, you can filter by different account levels. That is not possible in the General Ledger Report, which only reports by sub account. As a consequence, if you run the Trial Balance at let's say Account level and try to drill down by clicking on the Account Code column, the account code filter is not carried over. This results in the wrong data to be displayed in the General Ledger Report. Environment =========== 2.35 How to Reproduce ================ 1) Navigate to Financial Management / Accounting / Analysis Tools / Balance Sheet 2) Run the report choosing Account Level: Account 3) Click on one of the Account Code hyperlinks 4) You can see that the General Ledger Report includes rows for all sub accounts, not only those in the selected Account. By contrast, if you run the Trial Balance at sub account level, the drill down works properly.

Logged In: YES user_id=1500703 Originator: NO I don't really know which have been the solution so I don't know what to verify. Besides this, the report doesn't work when selecting subaccount level |
