Steps To Reproduce1. Create Return From Customer header. Press Pick/Edit lines and select any line. Don't process RFC document
2. Create Return Material Receipt. Press Pick/Edit lines and realize that you are able to select RFC in Draft status

 Test Plan:

1. Create Return From Customer header. Press Pick/Edit lines and select any line. Don't process RFC document
2. Create Return Material Receipt. Press Pick/Edit lines and realize that you are no longer able to select RFC in Draft status
