0021586: It would be nice be able to close a period automatically

DescriptionIn this moment only a user is able to close a period using the button. It would be nice be able to configure the application in order to close a period automatically.
Steps To ReproduceAs admin go to open/close period
realize that you are not able to close a period automatically
