Summary

0021331: The default tax category is not selected when creating a product or a tax rate

DescriptionThe default tax category is not selected when creating a product or a tax rate.
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to Tax Category window and check that you have only one default "tax category" for each branch of the organization tree. In live, one for España and one for US.
   Go to Product Window and create a new record
   Notice that the first tax category (ordered by name) appears in the tax category field
   The same happens in the Tax Rate window
