0021278: Incorrect validation on the Trx Organization Combo on the accounting schema element tab on accounting schema window

DescriptionIncorrect validation on the Trx Organization Combo on the accounting schema element tab on accounting schema window .
When selecting Organization value on the type combo, the trx Organization combo is showen. On that combo only organization that are not sumary are showed.
Steps To Reproduce-With sample data go to accounting schema window
-go to accounting schema element tab and create a new row
-Select type organization and try to select f&B España organization.
This is not possible.

 Proposed solution:
   Go to tables and columns and select C_AcctSchema_Element.
   Go to colum Org_ID:
      - Change the reference search key and select 'AD_Org (all)'
      - Add AD_Org (without *) validation rule.
