0020894: The Invoice Taxes Report does not show correct message when there is no conversion rate defined

DescriptionThe Invoice Taxes Report does not show correct message when there is no conversion rate defined
Steps To ReproduceAs Group Admin role:
   Go to the Conversion Rate screen and deactivate the conversions for a period
   Go to the Invoice Taxes Report. Select the From Date and To Date values to include the previous period between them
   Click the HTML Format button
   The following error message appears:
    
Error:
net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Error executing SQL statement for : ReportTaxInvoiceSale

In the log you can see the following message:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: @NoConversionRate@ (USD-$) @to@ (EUR-?) @ForDate@ '31-01-2012', @Client@ 'F&B International Group' @And@ @ACCS_AD_ORG_ID_D@ 'F&B US West Coast'.
