0020741: It would be fine if Payment Report could also be grouped by payment

Description

It would be fine if Payment Report could also be grouped by payment. Adding the Payment option to the Grouping Criteria dropdownlist.

Steps To Reproduce

As Group Admin Role:
Go to Payment Report screen and notice that the possible Grouping Criteria are Project, BP Category, Currency and BP.
