Summary

0019758: Error when posting Reconciliation and working with different currencies

DescriptionError when posting Reconciliation which header's date and line's date are different, and working with different currencies
Steps To Reproduce1. define accounting schema in EUR
2. create invoice in USD for yesterday's date and create associated payment also in USD for yesterday's date
3. create reconciliation's header for today's date
4. add line related to payment previously created
5. post reconciliation
6. realize that amount posted in EUR ahs been reconverted using conversion date for today's date (reconciliation's header date) and it should be converted.
Proposed Solutionfile DocFINReconciliation.java should use "createLine" method with conversionDate and conversionRate as arguments
