0019512: requisition can not use currecy from price list

Description

when you create a requisition, default currency is set up from default currency in your clint. even you change the price list in requisition header, currency is this tab does not changed. its also happen on requisition line

Steps To Reproduce

1. create 2 price list in different currency, define product price in both price list
2. create a requisition header
3. by default, currency field have been assigned with your currency
4. if you change the price list, currency doesn't change respectively
5. go to requisition line, currency field have been assigned with your currency
6. if you change the price list, currency doesn't change respectively

Proposed Solution

fix callout at price list fiend in requisition header
fix callout at the price list and product field in requisition line

Requisition window shows the currency setup at Client level regardless the Organization being selected.
