0019050: To introduce a different selection criteria in Orders Awaiting Delivery Report window and new fields in the report

Description

It should be fine, search the orders awaiting delivery by the Schedule Delivery Date from Headers or Lines. Now, you can search the orders by the Order Date.

Also it should be appear the Schedule Delivery Date of the lines, not only the Schedule delivery date of the header.

Steps To Reproduce

As Group Admin role:
Navigate to Sales Order window:
   Create a new one on Header tab:
     Order date: 11-11-2011
     Schedule Delivery Date: 20-11-2011
Change to Lines tab:
   Create a new line:
     Schedule Delivery Date: 25-11-2011
   create another line:
     Schedule Delivery Date: 20-11-2011
Go to Orders Awaiting Delivery Report window:
   The only way to find this Order is introduce:
     From date: 11-11-2011 or before.
It should be better if you could search the orders by the Schedule Delivery Date. Finally when we see the report we realise that it does not appear the Schedule Delivery Date of the Lines.
