0018759: Should not be possible to create invoice line without product and without glitem but with line amt <>0

DescriptionShould not be possible to create invoice line without product and without glitem but with line amt <>0
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to purchase invoice window and create header for any business partner
2. Add line leaving product field empty. Actually, you are able to set any price <> 0 or tax <> exempt but does not make sense
Proposed Solutioncreate trigger to control that if invoice line does not have account_id nor m_product_id, price fields or tax fields should be zero
