It should be possible to change requisition lines information in the window "Manage Requisitions"

Steps To Reproduce

Create several requisitions and Complete them.
Go to Manage Requisition and realize that the requisitions are listed there.

Purchase team is responsible for managing requisitions, in order to take final purchase decissions.

Regardless it seems system allows to change requisition lines in that window, that is not the case because requisition status is complete.

Purchase team needs to navigate to the corresponding requisition, get it re-activated, changed and complete once more.

Several steps maybe just to change the quantity.

Proposed Solution

Manage requisition window should allow end-user to change requisition line data easily and later on create the corresponding purchase order.
