0018143: Create fields process does not copy the help field from the related column

Description

When creating a new field the process takes most of the data from the related column, but not the "Help" field.

This leads to confusion with the need to run the synchronize terminology doing the following steps:

1. create a new column and fill the name, description and help.
2. run the synchronize terminology to create the new element (in case it is necessary) using the name, description and help as values.
3. create the field. Name and description are set but not the help.

In this scenario seeing the correct name you can assume that it is not needed to run the synchronize terminology process. But it is needed to update the help.

I propose to not copy the description or help, or to copy both. My vote to copy all the fields.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a new column on a table, set the name, description and help.
2. Run the synchronize terminology and check that the element is created using the correct values.
3. On the related tab run the create fields process and check that the name and description are correctly set, but the help is empty.

Proposed Solution

Modify the "AD_Import_Tab" procedure to take as well the help from the AD_Column.
