0017050: There are no hundred/thousand separators but just decimals on accounting posting

DescriptionThere are no hundred/thousand separators sings such as "," or "." (depending on setup) but just decimals on accounting entries shown by the system after a purchase/sales invoice posting.

Besides the amounts are not aligned anyhow.
