0016423: No Calendar created after Initial Client/Organization setup process run

DescriptionNo Calendar created after Initial Organization setup process run
OB 3 RC5, including last fixes in test mode.
See attached
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new client by running the Initial Client Setup process.
Include accounting checked
select "Plan General contable 2007"
Create a new organization by running the Initial Organization Setup process.
Organization (legal with accounting) Include accounting (do not checked).
Apply few dataset at * and new organization level
Navigate to organization window
For the new organization, select "Allow Period Control" flag.
Try to select a calendar.
There is no "by default" calendar to select.

 When you create a initial client setup with this steps the calendar is created. And when you create a initial organization setup and go to organization window you can select the calendar.
