0016297: I cannot open the date picker using the keyboard

DescriptionWhen using the Select Date Range pop up using the keyboard I cannot do anything to open the date picker using a key. If I use Tab key to navigate trough the fields, the first focus is in a blank space just before the picker and pressing Tab again will put the focus in a blank space after the picker (when the date will be stored later) See attach 1 and 2.
Proposed SolutionIf I cannot do anything with a field, it has no sense to put the focus there. It should be jumped off. And, of course, I should be able to pick a date using only the keys.

 There are 2 very similar issues related to focus handling and keyboard usage with the date range filter. The issues will be solved under the 16314 issue.

 The total issue to solve is this one:
- focus should be in first field
- when tabbing the focus should jump from text field to text field and eventually to the buttons
- the focus should not go to the calendar button or blank space
