0015926: The page number should appear in the balance sheet report

DescriptionWhen printing the balance sheet report, note that the page number does not appear. The page number should appear in the balance sheet report the same than the rest of the financial reports.
Steps To Reproduce- Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Balance sheet and P&L structure
- Print the balance sheet report

The page number does not apper

Fixes issue 0015925: The page number should appear in the balance sheet report
Fixes issue 0015926: The page number should appear in the P&L report
It has been added a new field in the "Balance sheet and P&L structure"
form to set the page number in the report. The report has been modified to show
the page number.
